Anookz only earns a fee when it brings you a buyer you didn’t have — and it stops once the introduction has paid for itself.
No introduction fee on the retailers you bring. A finder’s fee on the ones we bring you.

- 0.50%When they pay through AnookzCard or bank on Anookz rails. Never added on top of a Discover fee that is already higher — you pay the greater of the two, not both.
- 8%A retailer Anookz introducesCharged once, on the first order they actually receive. If the order is cancelled you pay nothing.
- 3%Their reorders, for the first 12 monthsThe introduction keeps earning while it is still recent — then stops.
- 0%After 12 monthsThe relationship is yours. Anookz stops charging on it permanently.
Fees are charged on merchandise value only — never on freight or GST — and appear as one line on your monthly Anookz invoice. Cancelled and returned items are credited back.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout where it applies.
Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time before a renewal. Your band is recalculated from your actual usage ahead of each renewal — adding outlets, connected retailers, orders or sites can move you up a band, and we show you the new amount before it is charged. We give at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase, taking effect at your next renewal.
Platform fee rates are frozen on each order when it is placed, so a later rate change never rewrites an order you have already taken. Full detail in our Terms of Service.
