NZ$99 covers your first 10 connections and your first operational site. Past ten, each connection is priced by band — NZ$10, then NZ$8, then NZ$6. Each site after the first is NZ$99.

An active retail connection. One physical shop is one connection, so three shops under one retail group count as three.
An operational site
A warehouse or depot you ship from. The first is in the base price, each one after is NZ$99.

Spotlight placements
Spotlight puts a product of yours in front of retailers who don’t stock it yet. 20 standard placements a month, free to send. NZ$5 on a successful first order of a genuinely new product, 365-day attribution. Reorders are free forever. Extended Spotlight is NZ$10 and off by default.

Pricing FAQ
Questions about the price
Which plan am I on?
None — there aren’t any. Every account gets the whole product, and the price is calculated from how many locations you actually run.
What happens when I open another shop?
Your price recalculates at your next renewal and we show you the new amount before it is charged. Nothing is backdated, and closing a location works the same way in reverse.
Is a pop-up a shop?
Not if it runs 30 days or less. Neither is a stockroom behind a shop, or an online channel attached to a shop you already have.
What happens at the end of the six weeks?
On day 35 we confirm your exact price against real usage. On day 42 you either approve it and billing starts, or you don’t and the account goes read-only with your data intact.
Do I pay a commission on my orders?
No introduction fee on shops you already supply. The only usage charge is 0.5% on payments Anookz settles for you, and nothing at all on payments you take anywhere else. A relationship that started in Discover shows its marketplace rate in Settings → Payments.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout where it applies.
Billing renews automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time before a renewal. Your price is recalculated from your actual locations ahead of each renewal — opening a shop, warehouse, site or retail connection changes it, and we show you the new amount before it is charged. We give at least 30 days’ notice before any rate increase, taking effect at your next renewal.
Payment fee rates are frozen on each order when it is placed, so a later rate change never rewrites an order you have already taken. Full detail in our Terms of Service.
