We've run the floor. So we built the system we wanted.
Anookz connects physical retailers and their suppliers into one live system — a living floor map, direct ordering, and AI that earns its keep. Made in Queenstown, New Zealand.
Anookz started with a familiar frustration: a good store, working hard, held back by busywork. Sales lived in the POS. Foot traffic lived in a counter nobody read. Product locations lived in someone's head. And every supplier order meant re-keying a line sheet into a system that had never heard of it — then chasing a PDF when something changed.
We'd lived that on the floor, and we couldn't find one place that simply connected the dots. So we built it. Anookz overlays your sales, your walk-ins and your product locations onto a birdseye map of your actual store, then adds the layer big retailers pay teams for: an AI that reads it all together and tells you, in dollars, what to do next.
Then we did the same for the other side of the counter. Suppliers publish their range once, and every connected retailer orders from that live catalogue — with the supplier finally seeing where their products sell best, shelf by shelf. One system, two perspectives, and a closer relationship between the people who make things and the people who sell them.
We're a New Zealand company — ANOOKZ LIMITED, based in Queenstown — building in a private beta with real stores in Queenstown and beyond. We ship weekly, we listen closely, and we'd love for you to help shape what comes next.
The principles behind the product
Built on the floor
Every feature starts from a real job on a real shop floor — not a dashboard someone thought looked clever. If it doesn't save a retailer time or make them money, it doesn't ship.
One source of truth
Retail breaks when the same product lives in five systems that disagree. Anookz keeps one shared model between a store and its suppliers — two views, zero copies.
Small shops, serious tools
The intelligence big chains pay teams for — heatmaps, demand signals, ranked actions — handed to independents, in plain language, for the price of a coffee a day.
